Release note

A quick reskin of the Aero Metro skin for MX3 ( http://skin.maxthon.com/detail/index.php?view_id=1039&current=browse ) By 忘尘6339825. I wanted the retro menu bar and tabs underneath the address bar. Colorization is completely based on your Windows theme.

Comments and questions are welcome, but I will probably not be developing this further, since it was a personal project and I'm happy with it.
