A quick reskin of the Aero Metro skin for MX3 ( http://skin.maxthon.com/detail/index.php?view_id=1039¤t=browse ) By 忘尘6339825. I wanted the retro menu bar and tabs underneath the address bar. Colorization is completely based on your Windows theme. Comments and questions are welcome, but I will probably not be developing this further, since it was a personal project and I'm happy with it.

reply to 8088138: As far as I know, M4 does not have official support for skins yet. At least not in the USA. I've been testing M4, but not using it regularly. When I use it regularly and when it supports skins, I will probably adapt this skin for M4.
