This is a modified version of 360se4 skin with Favorites bar moved into the Window Title area. The reason - tabs typically take entire row from left to right and in a maximized window this visually conflicts with other always-on-top controls which some people like me use typically - e.g. gripper from Remote Desktop window or Winamp or various Launchers. Having small number of favorite folders in that area does cause such problem.

Minor tweaks:
- reduced font size (Tahoma 8pt)
- larger search input box
